Speech & Language Therapy
I specialize in working with early language learners. I use a play-based, child-led model when it comes to providing therapy. Areas I provide treatment and assessment for include:
Expressive & receptive language delays
Articulation delays
Phonological processing disorders
Childhood Apraxia of Speech
Neurodevelopmental disorders
Cognitive-linguistic deficits
Education & Coaching
I believe a little bit of education goes a long way. That’s why I provide personalized education sessions. These sessions are often the most relevant for feeding support, however, there are times when a coaching session may be helpful for speech & language support. Before we meet we will complete a 10 minute consultation call where you can share any questions and brief history that would be helpful for me to know—this helps me develop a more personalized education session for you and your family. Examples of education I provide include:
Prenatal breastfeeding education session
Prenatal feeding education session
Transition to bottle
Feeding schedules for little ones
Transition to solids
Transition off of bottle or breast
